Conclusions from the Virtual Schools colloquium

The VISCED Consortium organised a one day colloquium that brought together practitioners and researchers involved in virtual schooling from around the world. The event took place on 22 May 2012 in Sheffield, UK and was hosted by the project co-ordinating partner Sero.

The programme for the day included presentations from different virtual schools across Europe and North America and discussions about quality and critical success factors for virtual schools, as well as topics such as sustainability, regulatory frameworks and pedagogy also came up for discussion during the day.
