The EFQUEL Innovation Forum 2013 will take place in one of UOC’s research centers, located in the Media-TIC building in the in the 22@ area of Barcelona.

The Media-TIC building, on the corner of Sancho d’Àvila and Roc Boronat, has a total surface area above ground of 16,000 m2 and has been designed as a centre for information and communication technologies in Barcelona’s 22@ area. The building is known for its spectacular hoisting of the enormous steel girders of its framework, which help it stand out from the rest of Pobelnou thanks to their original design and characteristic fluorescent green colour.

The UOC occupies the top three floors of the Media-TIC building, part of this is dedicated to UOC’s eLearn Center.
